Who we are

Sun City Systems LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates invest.suncitysys.com, new.suncitysys.com, and related services. Contact: info@suncitysys.com.

What we collect

When you submit a waitlist or investor inquiry form, we store:

• Your name and email address.
• Optional message and exchange preferences if you provide them.
• Your IP address and browser user-agent, for abuse prevention.
• A timestamp of when you submitted.

We do not use third-party analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising pixels on our marketing sites. We don’t share your data with advertisers.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry.
• To send product updates about SWEAi (only if you signed up for them).
• To prevent spam and abuse on our forms.

How long we keep it

Waitlist and investor inquiry records are retained until you ask us to delete them, or indefinitely if you don’t. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@suncitysys.com.

Who we share with

Nobody. Inquiry data lives on our own servers (in Germany). We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties — except where legally compelled (e.g. a court order), in which case we’ll notify you if permitted to do so.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• See what we have on you — ask via info@suncitysys.com.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your record entirely.
• Unsubscribe from any emails with one click.

Product-use privacy (future)

Once the SWEAi trading product launches (at app.suncitysys.com), additional data will be processed — including exchange API keys, trade history, and account balances. That policy will be governed by a separate, more detailed product privacy notice that you will explicitly accept when you sign up. Marketing-site privacy (this page) does not cover product use.
